Posy Floral Preview App
Project: Posy Floral Preview App (UX/UI Design)
Challenge (Coursework):
This project, undertaken for a Google Coursera UX/UI course, aimed to design a mobile app for Posy, a fictional floral service. The key challenge was to create a user-friendly experience that simplifies flower selection and purchase.
My Approach (Design & UX/UI):
Rapid Prototyping & User Flow: Leveraging sketching techniques, I explored various layout ideas in a short timeframe. This iterative process ensured efficient brainstorming and selection of the most optimal user flow for flower selection and checkout.
Wireframing for Clarity: I translated the chosen user flow into wireframes, created using Adobe XD, which served as a blueprint for the app's functionality and layout. These wireframes visualized the user journey across various screens, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience.
Foundation for Iteration: By strategically planning the app's structure through wireframes in Adobe XD, I provided a solid foundation for future development. This allowed for easy iteration and refinement before incorporating branding and copywriting elements. The aim was to optimize the user experience for intuitiveness and user engagement.
