Client Overview

Big R Tree Services, a local arborist company located in Yakima, Washington, sought to enhance their online presence with a refreshed website. This project aimed to improve user experience, drive lead generation, and effectively communicate their unique brand identity.

Creative Direction & Execution

My approach focused on a user-centered design philosophy, ensuring seamless navigation and a positive user experience. Key aspects of the project included:

  • Intuitive User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX): I designed a website with clear and concise navigation, allowing potential clients to effortlessly locate information on specific tree services, pricing, and contact details.

  • Strategic Lead Generation: I incorporated strategically placed contact forms throughout the website, making it easy for visitors to inquire about services and request quotes. This streamlined lead capture process directly contributes to business growth.

  • Brand Identity Reinforcements: Building upon Big R's existing logo, I developed a cohesive visual language for the website. This unique visual identity distinguishes Big R from competitors and strengthens their brand presence within the local market.

  • Seamless Implementation: I chose Squarespace as the platform for website implementation, recognizing its user-friendliness and empowering Big R with the ability to easily update and manage website content independently.
